The Madhya Pradesh NIPUN Professionals Program is looking for bright and skilled individuals who are passionate about education, public policy and solving governance challenges at scale. Aside from passion and commitment to create social impact, we look for leadership potential that can be developed and demonstrated through the two-year Program.
Candidates must possess skills such as critical thinking, excellent problem solving, project management and have an entrepreneurial spirit to drive initiatives independently.

Eligibility Criteria
- Indian citizen
- Below 32 years of age as on July 31, 2023
- Possess an undergraduate degree from a recognised university
- Minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent CGPA in the highest qualification level
- Minimum of 9 months full time work experience with postgraduate qualification OR minimum of 18 months full time work experience with undergraduate degree (as on July 31, 2023)
