Madhya Pradesh NIPUN Professionals Program
The Program offers a unique two-year, full-time, paid experiential opportunity for India’s brightest and most promising youth to lead large-scale systemic reforms aimed at achieving foundational learning goals in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Each year, a dynamic cohort of 52 professionals will work with the district administration to catalyze the implementation of the FLN mission while cultivating the leadership skills and mindsets required for solving complex problems.
The MP NIPUN Professionals will collaborate with the District Collector, CEO-ZP, and the district education team to enhance system capacity, strengthen governance structures, drive data-based decision-making, and energize the district ecosystem to ultimately improve student learning outcomes.

A unique opportunity to

Each MP NIPUN Professional will work closely with District Collector, CEO-Zila Panchayat and District Education Department on select academic and governance interventions directed towards improving student learning outcomes in their allotted district.

Each MP NIPUN professional will lead implementation of structured projects with clear outcomes to build a holistic understanding of the challenges on ground and continuously strive for developing creative solutions and building enabling conditions.

The program offers multiple opportunities for skill development and building leadership qualities specially curated by experts from TISS, Mumbai. This will be ensured through residential induction, monthly learning circles, dedicated quarterly learning sessions with experts and mentoring opportunities with social sector leaders.
